Some may call us crazy, but we all know that every family has a little "crazy" in it. We like to refer to ourselves The MISFITS because we found a place where everyone is welcome and we are all crazy for Christ!

PASTOR: JONATHAN SIMPSON
Pastor Jonathan is from Mooresville, NC. Pastor Jonathan and his wife Robin currently live in Edgemoor, SC. They have 5 children. Maddie, Alex, Lilli, Neely, and Berkley!

Being Bi-Vocational, if you don't see Pastor Jonathan at the church, you can find him at the auction. Yes he is an auctioneer and sometimes his preaching sounds like he is auctioneering!

Pastor Jonathan is passionate about Christ and his family! He loves being outside in God's creation working hard on the farm and exploring.
​
Pastor Jonathan doesn't meet a stranger! He shares his love for Christ with everyone he meets, including you!
YOUTH LEADER: DEVIN SANDERS
Devin Sanders and his wife Brittany lead and teach our Youth Group!

Both Devin and Brittany have an amazing testimony and are not ashamed to tell everyone how great God is for saving them and putting them on the right path.
​
Devin's knowledge of scripture is incredible and his love for the Lord runs deep! He connects with our youth on different levels to help guide them as they go out in the world and face what obstacles they may encounter.
​
We are so grateful that the Lord led Devin and Brittany to Gospel Light and are excited to watch as our Youth Group continues to grow and thrive!
ASSISTANT CHILDREN'S LEADER: NEELY SIMPSON
You will not find anyone with a bigger heart than Ms. Neely. Neely is a student at Lewisville High School and loves to work with and teach our kids about Christ.

Neely is bold in her faith and shares her love for Christ with everyone she meets, just like her father.
​
Neely loves any kind of fitness. She is a Varsity Cheerleader at LHS and one of the inspirations behind our Annual GLOW Crosswalk.
​
Neely has a special gift when it comes to teaching our kids. Learning from Mrs. Tammi for so many years allowed her to start her journey as a leader.
